Cancellation Policy

My Results Lab – Policies & Procedures At My Results Lab, we provide fast, accurate, and confidential mobile testing services. To serve our clients efficiently and fairly, we follow these policies: ⸻ Mileage Policy     •    Mileage fees apply beyond a 25-mile radius from our main service area.     •    $0.79 per mile is charged for travel outside 25 miles; over 50 miles may incur an additional hourly travel fee.     •    Mileage is calculated round-trip.     •    Fees may be waived for bulk testing contracts or special agreements. ⸻ Same-Day Appointment Fees     •    Same-day appointments may be scheduled for an urgency fee of $75 based on availability.     •    Requests must be made at least 4 hours in advance.     •    Appointments after 2:00 PM may have an additional late-day fee.     •    Payment for urgency fees is due at booking and is non-refundable. ⸻ Additional Parties     •    Base fee includes two participants (e.g., alleged father + one child).     •    Additional parties incur a fee of $110 per person.     •    Discounts may be available for three or more additional parties.     •    All participants must present valid ID and signed consent forms. ⸻ Refund Policy     •    Refunds are available if canceled 72+ hours before appointment.     •    Approved refunds process within 10 business days.     •    Non-refundable: same-day fees, mileage fees, and lab processing fees.     •    Partial refunds may be issued if testing has started but not completed. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling     •    Cancellations must be made 72+ hours in advance to avoid fees.     •    Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a $100 fee.     •    No-shows are billed at full service price, no refunds given.     •    Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. ⸻ For questions, bulk testing arrangements, or special requests, please text (800) 452-2114
